We will collect from the “Title Holder” the following personal data: (i) name, (ii) address and email address, (iii) phone number, (iv) sex and date of birth, (v) nationality, (vi) marital status, (vii) occupation, (viii) legal proceedings in which they are a part of, mentioning that said data is collected including but not limited.
OPTIONS AND MEANS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
We provide the strictest confidentiality to the personal data collected from the “Title Holder”, we also adopt strict administrative security measures that allow physical documents to be kept with personal data in a place with restricted access.
MEANS TO EXERCISE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (hereinafter “ARCO Rights”), within your right, you must send your request to the following email: email@example.com.
The request must contain and accompany the following: (i) The name of the title holder and address, as well as an email address to communicate the response; (ii) The documents proving the identity or, as the case may be, the legal representation of the title holder; (iii) A clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which the respective right is sought; and (iv) any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.
The response will be given in 20 working days from the day the corresponding request was received, which will be sent to the email provided by the “Title Holder”.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
At no time and regardless of any reason, would we transfer the data collected to third parties, except upon express request of the competent authority.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY ACT
This Privacy Notice may be subject to changes, changes or updates arising from new legal requirements, or from our own needs for the products and services we offer; If so, we will keep you informed of any changes that may be made to this Privacy Notice through our website or via e-mail.
